Angel Williams earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Southern California in 2002. Ms. Williams has worked in the child welfare and adoption field since 2003. Much of her experience has included counseling birthparents that are in the process of making an adoption plan for their child. She received her Master's of Social Work from the University of Chicago in 2006. Ms. Williams is very passionate about her work with people from all walks of life and feels honored to work with them as they navigate joys and challenges that come with being a family. Angel Williams joined the Center for Law and Social Work in the spring of 2008.
