Nicole graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Miami University in 2006. She then attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2009. While attending law school, Nicole was a Civitas ChildLaw Center Fellow, a member of the moot court team, and active on the Child Law Society Executive Board.
Nicole's professional experience includes an internship at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago, participation with the Loyola Child and Family Law Clinic, and employment with the American Bar Association. She also volunteered with the Domestic Violence Help Desk, Chicago Public Schools, and Law Related Education.
Nicole joined the Center for Law and Social Work in May 2009 and became a member of the Illinois Bar in November 2009.
